PROOFS

Prior to printing your book, we will provide you with a set of proofs for your approval.

SOFT PROOFS:

A "soft proof" is a final high-resolution PDF of your file which is generated by our PDF workflow system. Soft proofs are the fastest and least expensive (free) way to proof your job. Unless you have serious concerns about the color reproduction of your printed piece, we recommend choosing the soft proof option. See about color.

HARD PROOFS:

A printed unbound proof is $30 and will show bleed and final trim marks of both your cover and text. A printed and bound proof is $80. Full color unbound book proofs are $0.50 per page. Bound full color proofs are not an option.

Look over your proofs VERY CAREFULLY.

We suggest you proofread your book one last time. Sometimes the author can be the worst person to proofread his/her own words. You might want to get a second set of eyes to look it over before you give your OK.
